Um... what's up with DanBojo these days...
So... every once in a while, I comment on some people's blog entries. Inevitably, someone will find their way back to my crappy blog that I've never actually used. So... I figured I should post some sort of an update for anyone that happens to see this.
I'll do it in a Q&A form, like someone is interviewing me, since I'm clever like that. Here goes:
Q: So, where are you living these days?
A: The family and I now live in southern California. We're renting a house because the housing market is ridiculous out here. We really like it, though, and we're settling in nicely.
Q: What happened to Virginia? Why are you in CA?
A: Things at my last job got a little rocky. As the sole financial provider for my growing family, I needed something more stable. I left that job voluntarily and moved out to work with another company in the same field, doing similar work.
Q: Speaking of your new job, what is it, and how is it going?
A: Thanks for asking! I'm a Product Manager for a good product with a stable company. It is a drastically different work environment, but I'm settling in nicely. I'm feeling much more comfortable now. I like my co-workers and the job keeps me on my toes. There is always a challenge and something new to learn.
Q: What's new with your family?
A: Lots, actually. My wife is pregnant with our third child. She is about 3 months along, and we do not know the sex yet, but will find out as soon as possible. My daughter (5) is growing up so fast. She constantly amazes me with her ability to pick up new things. She's definitely a sponge. My son (18 months) is getting crazy. He runs all over the place being as cute as can be. He's learning lots of different words now (Daddy, Momma, Sissy, Uh-oh, ball, car, cheese, etc.). We just sold our home in Virginia, which is a huge weight off of our shoulders.
That's about all for now. I may begin throwing random tidbits up here, as it seems like a bit of fun.

Great to see you're blogging again!
3rd child, WOW! congratulations!
And it sounds like your having a good time at the new job. Or at least that's what I heard. Glad to hear that as well.
Hope things keep getting better for you.
Thanks, guys! Glad you found my blog. It is so easy to do, I guess I should keep posting.
Cheese!
